Dr. Anthony Azar
Dr. Anthony Azar is the medical advisor for Vidazorb®. Dr. Azar is a physician who is interested in not only treating patients, but helping them take preventative measures that will lead to healthier and longer lives. For this reason, he is an advocate of the Vidazorb® brand and recommends it to all his patients. He earned his medical degree at the Hahnemann University School of Medicine (now part of Drexel University) in Philadelphia in 1988. After medical school, he started his post-graduate training in emergency medicine at the Metropolitan Hospital Center of the New York Medical Collage. Dr. Azar was director of the Mobile Intensive Care Unit of the Holy Name Hospital Center in Teaneck NJ where he was attending Physician in the emergency department from 1991until he started his private practice in 1998. He takes specific interest in age related alterations in cellular, neuroendocrine and metabolic changes both in health and disease. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, the American Board of General Practice and by the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.
